Utilisation: 4 scénarios opérationnels
- S1: En campagne (hors zone peuplée et sans survol de tiers) - En vue - Hauteur max à 150m - Distance horizontale inférieure ou égale à 200 m - Pas de limitation de masse.
- S2: En campagne (hors zone peuplée et sans survol de tiers) - En vue - Hauteur max à 150m - Distance horizontale inférieure ou égales à 1000 m - Pas de limitation de masse si la hauteur de vol < 50 m sinon la masse max doit être inférieure ou égale à 2 kg.
- S3: En zone peuplée (Agglomération ou rassemblement de personnes et sans survol de tiers) - En vue - Hauteur max à 150m - Distance horizontale inférieure ou égale à 100 m - Autorisation à demander 5 jours avant le vol.
- S4: Pas applicable dans notre Manuel d'Activité Particulière
Matériel
- Attestation de conception si le drone est utilisé en S2
- Dossier technique qui regroupe le manuel d'utilisation et le manuel d'entretien
- Le drone doit être immatriculé
Télépilote
- Compétence théoriques: le télépilote doit être titulaire du certificat d'aptitude théorique du télépilote
- Compétence pratiques: le télépilote doit être détenteur d'une attestation de suivi de formation délivré par l'organisme ayant assuré la formation pratique pour les scénarios opérationnels considérés (S1,S2,S3)
Exploitant
- il doit tenir à jour un Manuel d'Activité Particulière (MAP)
- Renouvellement d'activité doit demandé au moins tous les 24 mois
- Un bilan annuel d'activités doit être présenté une fois par an
